Thank you for your interest in fostering for Coco's Heart Dog Rescue! Coco’s Heart Dog Rescue could not help animals without the support of fosters. Fostering can be a very rewarding experience! It is not always the easiest, but Coco's Heart has a great network of mentors and fellow fosters to help. If you’re interested in helping us fulfill our mission, please fill out this application. Do you acknowledge there can be disagreements and will you strive to ease the transition and provide care and guidance as needed? *
There can be fear and anxiety during the transition time (which can be anywhere from days, to weeks, to months) until the dog is comfortable in your home.
Are you willing to crate/kennel train? *
Training can be provided.
Dogs can find their new homes in as little as a week to several months or more. We also need Temp Fosters which involves two days up to two weeks.

Are you able to commit to utilizing our approved veterinary clinics located in either New Richmond WI, Hudson WI, Chetek WI, Rice Lake WI IGH MN, or Maple Grove MN? *
We strive in our relationship with our high quality veterinary clinics and require all foster dogs to be seen at one of these locations for all veterinary care. Emergency visits by exception from director of rescue.
