The Mighty Mutts showcases the dogs that we have in rescue that are not ready for adoption yet- but will be as soon as they complete any special care they require. Often times this includes dogs that are undergoing treatments for gun shot wounds and other traumas that require more time to heal.

Please note* We are not accepting adoption applications for these dogs or puppies if they are whelping. No adoption interest will be accepted.

The Mighty Mutts also gives us a chance to share some of our dogs that have been moved to Hospice Care. Hospice means that they are settled into a loving foster home and are not considered adoptable for medical reasons- the foster family will care for them for whatever time they have left and give them the stability and love that they deserve!

We love each and every dog that we welcome- whether we are their final stop or they are adopted- they will always be one of ours in our hearts!
