History: Each year Coco’s Heart participates in an Out of the Cold (OOTC) rescue effort helping save hundreds of animals from the cold, welcoming them to rescue and into warm, loving foster homes.
23 kitties were rescued as part of this year's effort. They met their foster families on November 9. Ever since then, they have been enjoying warm homes, plenty of food and tender loving care for the first time in their little lives.
Before adoption, all kitties will be medically certified, spayed or neutered, and up to date on on all necessary vaccines. While some of these babies may still be understandably shy, they are not feral. All are ready to go home with a loving family of their very own.
A note from the foster: Brownie is an outgoing boy with sleek, shiny black fur. While somewhat small for his age, nothing stops this energetic little athlete. He actively pursues what he wants, be that a toy or a pet.
When he is done playing, Brownie loves to cuddle and nap on people. He snuggles up on our chests, purring enthusiastically until fast asleep.
Brownie has no fear. Even after enduring the trip from North Dakota and a "welcome home" bath at 3am, he still ran to us with open paws looking for loves.
Brownie will be introduced to our dogs and resident cats soon. We will have more feedback about that in a few days.
If you are looking for a spunky little boy who will keep you entertained as well as warming your lap, Brownie will be a great match.
