History: Harold is a super handsome puppy who arrived to rescue at just a few days old with his littermates and mom, Adora. They settled into rescue and unfortunately broke with ringworm :( The good news- they are doing really really well and on the mend so are now officially ready to find their forever home soon!
A Note from the Foster: Harold is a handsome black and white boy with unique double dew claws. He is a mellow guy who loves to play but also loves being a big lap dog. He adores affection from his people and is a big baby. Harold has met many dog friends, large and small, as well as cats and has done great with all of them. He would be content as an only pup, or great with siblings - human or 4 legged!
He does great hanging out in his kennel to eat and while we clean up without making a peep.
At about 35 lbs, he will be a medium to large sized dog. He's pretty quiet unless the other dogs in the house alert him to something to be vocal about, like the mail or a delivery.
Harold is very food motivated and will likely need to be fed separately from any other pets so he has his space to enjoy it.
Overall, Harold is an amazing, smart, sweet cuddle bug and the family that welcomes him will be so lucky to have him.
Adoption Fee: $750 + tax
Adoption Status: Is this dog available? Submitting an application is the best first step to learning if a dog is still available. There is a chance this dog could have a pending adoption when your application is submitted, however our team will offer approved applicants to be put on a waiting list for that dog. Additionally, we can make recommendations on other dogs that may be a match. Pending adoptions do not mean the adoption is finalized. Why did we implement this change? We implemented this update because, unfortunately, dogs were pending for applicants for several weeks and then the applicant would change their mind. This happens more often with puppies, as applications are submitted impulsivly more often for them. Our process is great because it takes a little time, so impulsive decisions fade. However it was unfortunate for the dogs, and the foster homes, as then the process needed to be re-started. By securing a wait-list we are able to move forward more quickly if a pending adoption falls through. This is a new process for us, so your feedback along the way is helpful! Thank you for supporting rescue and adoption!
