Please be on time for your appointment!

Time is limited so please be sure to be in the parking lot at the Coco’s Heart Veterinary Center BEFORE your appointment begins.

Walk to the Front of the Building (North side) and Ring the Doorbell!

The doorbell will alert our veterinary team and they will come to the door as soon as they can. It may be a few minutes so we appreciate your patience.

Please be sure you are being let in by the vet team only. If a volunteer or foster lets you in, the vet team might not know you are there. When the vet team lets you know, you are being “checked in” on their end.

Foster family can wait in vehicle or hang out nearby the front of the building. The seating outside in nice weather is open and available for you to sit and enjoy the weather! You are welcome to grab supplies during this time however we do ask not to gather in the front end of the building to avoid stress on the dogs coming in and out.

When appointment is over, the vet team will call you!

They will go over how the appointment went, any medications going home with you, any concerns, and be able to help with any questions. They will then bring out any paperwork, meds, and a happy pup.

This number will reach our veterinary team. They always do their best to be as responsive as possible however we appreciate your patience if you need to wait for a call back.

This is not a number to reach CHDR or the vet team anytime and will be monitored during appointment times and prioritize those with appointments. This is also the “on call” phone number. Please refer to the schedule for those hours.
