Gender: Female
Breed: Shepherd & Labrador Retriever Mix
Age: DOB: 01/2025
Weight: 8.8 lbs as of 6 weeks old
Dog Friendly: Yes
Cat Friendly: Likely due to young age
Kid Friendly: Yes
House Trained: Doing great!
History: I am Trixie’s puppy.
Momma Trixie and her adorable little pups came to rescue recently when they needed a second chance. They were transferred to Coco’s Heart from a partnering organization in rural North Dakota. Trixie and her puppies are officially ready to start their journeys in finding forever homes of their very own soon!
A Note from the Foster: Mary Beth is a watchful and playful puppy. She can quietly sit and observe her surroundings or go to town on a squeaky toy. She loves to be held and cuddle into you and isn’t afraid to curl up for a nap no matter the mayhem of our house. Her super soft grey fur has a hint of tan and those blue/grey eyes make her a stunning girl! She is a very fast learner- she already understands to sit at the puppy gate instead of jump on it when it’s time to come out to play. Her house training is going very well - she goes potty as soon as she’s outside every time. She’s a true gem of a puppy!
Adoption Fee: $750 + tax
Adoption Status: Is this dog available? Submitting an application is the best first step to learning if a dog is still available. There is a chance this dog could have a pending adoption when your application is submitted, however our team will offer approved applicants to be put on a waiting list for that dog. Additionally, we can make recommendations on other dogs that may be a match. Pending adoptions do not mean the adoption is finalized. Why did we implement this change? We implemented this update because, unfortunately, dogs were pending for applicants for several weeks and then the applicant would change their mind. This happens more often with puppies, as applications are submitted impulsivly more often for them. Our process is great because it takes a little time, so impulsive decisions fade. However it was unfortunate for the dogs, and the foster homes, as then the process needed to be re-started. By securing a wait-list we are able to move forward more quickly if a pending adoption falls through. This is a new process for us, so your feedback along the way is helpful! Thank you for supporting rescue and adoption!
