History: Molly is a beautiful and super sweet girl who is full of life! She would be the host of any party she has and is all wiggles. She does great with other dogs and will make a wonderful addition to a lucky home of her very own soon!
A Note from the Foster: Molly, also known as Molly Moo Moo, Miss Molly and just plain Moo is the sweetest, chunkiest house hippo you’ll ever meet! She is completely potty trained, goes right into her crate with no complaints and walks well on the leash. She loves chewing on toys, eating and cuddling on the couch with everyone!
Molly is mostly a low energy pup, but she is working on losing weight and would benefit from low impact walks several times per day to help get and keep her weight down. It won’t be a problem though, because she loves going for walks and she will want to say hi to every human you pass! She seems friendly with other dogs, but we have been keeping space since she’s been in foster because she’s recovering from an upper respiratory infection.
Molly would do well as an only dog, but is open to meeting and seeing if other pet siblings are a good fit! Not sure about kids and cats, but also likely wouldn’t be a problem because she’s a pretty laid back gal.
Adoption Fee: $750 + tax
Adoption Status: Is this dog available? Submitting an application is the best first step to learning if a dog is still available. There is a chance this dog could have a pending adoption when your application is submitted, however our team will offer approved applicants to be put on a waiting list for that dog. Additionally, we can make recommendations on other dogs that may be a match. Pending adoptions do not mean the adoption is finalized. Why did we implement this change? We implemented this update because, unfortunately, dogs were pending for applicants for several weeks and then the applicant would change their mind. This happens more often with puppies, as applications are submitted impulsivly more often for them. Our process is great because it takes a little time, so impulsive decisions fade. However it was unfortunate for the dogs, and the foster homes, as then the process needed to be re-started. By securing a wait-list we are able to move forward more quickly if a pending adoption falls through. This is a new process for us, so your feedback along the way is helpful! Thank you for supporting rescue and adoption!
