History: Momma North arrived to rescue from one of our partners in North Dakota and she was expecting a belly full of puppies! She has been doing wonderfully in rescue with her foster family on top of being a great momma to her litter of 9! Her puppies are pudgy and chunky friends who are each hoping to find forever homes of their own soon!
A Note from the Foster: Meet North – Your Future Best Friend!
This adorable teen pittie mix has already lived a full chapter, having recently raised a litter of 9 puppies like the nurturing queen she is. Now it's her turn to enjoy life, and she's ready to trade in mom duties for cuddles, playtime, and belly rubs!
She’s the perfect mix of cuddly and playful, with just a dash of sass and a whole lot of derpy charm. Whether she’s zooming around the yard, playing with toys, curling up next to you for a nap, or giving you those goofy “love me” eyes, she’s guaranteed to bring joy and laughter into your life.
Potty trained (just needs the occasional reminder) and crate trained while working hard on her leash manners, this smart girl is eager to please and full of love. She’s a social butterfly—great with kids, loves adults, and enjoys romping with other dogs. Just a heads up: her enthusiasm can be a bit much for alpha personalities.
Adoption Fee: $500 + tax
Adoption Status: Is this dog available? Submitting an application is the best first step to learning if a dog is still available. There is a chance this dog could have a pending adoption when your application is submitted, however our team will offer approved applicants to be put on a waiting list for that dog. Additionally, we can make recommendations on other dogs that may be a match. Pending adoptions do not mean the adoption is finalized. Why did we implement this change? We implemented this update because, unfortunately, dogs were pending for applicants for several weeks and then the applicant would change their mind. This happens more often with puppies, as applications are submitted impulsivly more often for them. Our process is great because it takes a little time, so impulsive decisions fade. However it was unfortunate for the dogs, and the foster homes, as then the process needed to be re-started. By securing a wait-list we are able to move forward more quickly if a pending adoption falls through. This is a new process for us, so your feedback along the way is helpful! Thank you for supporting rescue and adoption!
