A Note from the Foster: Hi I'm Row!
I'm a young boy with long legs that sometimes get left behind. My foster mom tells me I'm gonna be a big boy. I'm around 10 months old and already 50 pounds of pure love!
I'm learning how to be brave and I've come so far in the last few weeks being in rescue. Loud noises use to scare me but now I just stand and listen! I'm becoming very confident!
I love meeting new friends, people and dogs! I haven't met a dog I haven't gotten along with and love the attention I get from my people. I will lean all of my weight into you for attention! I also really like kids and am learning to be gentle around them! I think I would do okay with cats, I bet I'm scared of them!
I'm still very much a puppy and have a ton of energy! I love to romp around the yard and play chase with my foster siblings or play fetch, I've got that down! Sometimes I get into things I shouldn't or chew on things that aren't toys but am easily reminded to chew on my toys.
I'm still working on potty training and crate training but I'm learning! I sometimes have accidents inside but when let out often I don't have that issue. I will bark in my kennel because I'm worried I'm missing out on things but I seem to do better being kenneled next to another dog or given an activity to keep me busy in my crate! I sleep quietly in my kennel overnight! (My foster mom doesn't think I'd be a great candidate for "apartment life" or whatever that means!)
I've been working really hard on learning how to walk on a leash and I've made much improvement! I love going on adventures with my foster family.
I'm very food motivated and have already learned a couple tricks! I'm so smart and I'm so eager to continue learning!
I hope to find my forever home soon! 🐾

Adoption Status: Is this dog available? Submitting an application is the best first step to learning if a dog is still available. There is a chance this dog could have a pending adoption when your application is submitted, however our team will offer approved applicants to be put on a waiting list for that dog. Additionally, we can make recommendations on other dogs that may be a match. Pending adoptions do not mean the adoption is finalized. Why did we implement this change? We implemented this update because, unfortunately, dogs were pending for applicants for several weeks and then the applicant would change their mind. This happens more often with puppies, as applications are submitted impulsivly more often for them. Our process is great because it takes a little time, so impulsive decisions fade. However it was unfortunate for the dogs, and the foster homes, as then the process needed to be re-started. By securing a wait-list we are able to move forward more quickly if a pending adoption falls through. This is a new process for us, so your feedback along the way is helpful! Thank you for supporting rescue and adoption!
